How do we do this?
First:
We distribute 15,000 FREEMAPS per month in each area through nearly all major tour companies and every method possible. All our clients always have FREEMAPS. When they need replacement, they simply call us and we deliver the maps right away. No one else comes close to the numbers printed. We print each month in the season and the FREEMAPS work for you year-round. FREEMAPS is the most recognized trademark in tourism across the Algarve.
Second:
FREEMAPS represents and recommends only quality businesses. Every new client is checked personally by a Freemaps employee before acceptance. We eat in every restaurant and visit every shop to ensure that its service and quality meets our standards. FREEMAPS are recognized by large numbers of returning tourists as "representing & recommending the best!" Many local residents also use them to find the best places around! Unlike other publications, we are selective in our clients. Every year there are many places we do not accept for the FREEMAPS.
Third:
We get FREEMAPS into the tourists' hands on their first day in the Algarve. We do this through 'information meetings' held on their first day by the tour guides / reps, 'welcome envelopes' given by reps to all their clients upon arrival, villa rental agencies and boxes in highly visible locations and many other distribution points.
Fourth:
We keep it simple and our format works. FREEMAPS are not in full color since we want to distribute the maximum number of maps in your area and stick to our highly recognizable format. Our maps are not road or driving maps. They are maps to show the tourists how to get to your business, with landmarks so they can easily orientate themselves.
Fifth:
We have four editions a year: Spring, summer, autumn and winter (please note that Vilamoura has only 3 printing editions). In the winter, annual clients have 50% discount.

Seventh:
Advertising with FREEMAPS include insertion online on www.freemaps.net. We will offer you the opportunity to have photos of your establishment and additional information on our website at a very reasonable yearly charge.
